About Park Pilates & Yoga

Jane Thomsen received her Pilates certification through Core Dynamics. Core Dynamics is an intensive training program founded by Michelle Larsson, who studied with Eve Gentry, Joseph Pilates’ protégée. This program includes over 500 hours of observation, personal practice and student teaching.

Jane completed her yoga training through YogaWorks, choosing the program for it's emphasis on proper technique, body alignment, yoga philosophy and teaching skills.

Together the two intensive training programs allow her to adapt both classical Pilates exercises and yoga asanas to the individual student's ability.
