About Park Pilates
Jane Thomsen received her Pilates certification through Core Dynamics. Core Dynamics is an intensive training program founded by Michelle Larsson, who studied with Eve Gentry, Joseph Pilates’ protégée. This program includes over 500 hours of observation, personal practice and student teaching. Jane is also an active member of the Pilates Method Alliance and participates in continuing education programs.
Always an avid exercise enthusiast, Jane discovered Pilates to be an excellent blend of a mind/body discipline. “I love that Pilates can be adapted to various fitness levels, and that it is a continual learning and growing process for both the client and instructor.”
